Goods and Service
Refunds
Refunds cannot be given for any orders delivered, we may at our discretion offer replacement goods or services where an item is deemed not to have met Allegros standard for food preparation, presentation or delivery.
Returns and cancellations
The customer must raise any concerns at the time of delivery or collection. We can not accept any changes to your order once it has been delivered.
Allegros reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.
Delivery
Our policy is to have your order ready for delivery within 45 min of it being placed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included your correct address (including postcode), email address and contact telephone number when ordering.
